1. Preheat the food jar with hot water for 10 minutes.

2. Bring 750ml of water to the boil, add all ingredients.

3. Pour into the food jar and remain covered for 3-4 hours. Season with salt and serve.

Can I stew soup without using a food jar?

Ingredients are designed for food jar recipes. Water will evaporate if you use other cooking tools.

We recommend using a stewing pot instead of a food jar.

Should I add meat to my soup?

It is not necessary but you can add it according to personal preference. Pre-cook meat before put into a food jar.
